Inclusive Sports and Programs Group (ISPG) helps schools create environments where every student belongs. We partner with K–12 school districts to bring students with and without disabilities together through Unified sports, leadership, and inclusive schoolwide experiences. By combining thoughtful planning, hands-on support, and a pilot-to-scale approach, ISPG helps districts build inclusive programs that strengthen school culture, empower student leaders, and create lasting impact across campuses.
Services
Our services include strategic planning, staff and student training, program implementation support, site-level coaching, event planning, data collection, and board-ready reporting. ISPG works alongside district leadership to pilot programs in a low-risk manner, evaluate impact, and scale successful models, helping districts build inclusive systems that strengthen school culture and remain sustainable over time.
